It all started in 2008 when founder Marco Delgado set up a humble pizza stand at the Anaheim Farmers Market. Armed with his grandmother's secret dough recipe and a brick oven he built himself, Marco's handcrafted pizzas quickly drew lines around the block. The pizza factory was born — not just as a restaurant, but as a community gathering place.

Today, Pizza factory operates from our flagship location at 1131 W Lincoln Ave, Anaheim, serving hundreds of families daily. Our commitment to fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and artisanal techniques remains unchanged — because great pizza starts with great care.

2008

The First Slice

Marco Delgado sets up the original pizza stand at the Anaheim Farmers Market using his grandmother's secret dough recipe and a hand-built brick oven. Lines form within weeks.

2011

First Brick-and-Mortar Location

After three years of farmers market success, Pizza factory opens its first restaurant on W Lincoln Ave, Anaheim. The community response is overwhelming — we're fully booked from day one.

2015

Award-Winning Recognition

Pizza factory is named "Best Pizza in Orange County" by the OC Weekly and receives the California Restaurant Association's Excellence in Craft Award — a milestone that validates our commitment to quality.

2018

Delivery & Online Ordering Launch

We introduce our own delivery fleet and online ordering platform, bringing fresh handcrafted pizza to homes across Anaheim and surrounding communities faster than ever before.

2022

Expanding the Factory

A major renovation expands our kitchen capacity, adds a wood-fired oven station, and creates a dedicated catering wing to serve corporate events, weddings, and community gatherings across Southern California.

2024

500,000 Pizzas & Still Counting

We celebrate a landmark milestone — over half a million handcrafted pizzas served. We launch our new seasonal menu with locally sourced California toppings and introduce our popular Pizzafactory loyalty rewards program.
